Welcome to the Intelligent Bioinformatics Computing Laboratory!
Recent advance in biotechnology has enabled the rapid and cost-effective production of massive digital data in biology. Therefore, it is essential to efficiently and effectively extract useful information from the huge amount of biological data and apply it to biological problems that are very difficult to be solved by only using wet-lab approaches. AI-driven Bioinformatics aims to develop interdisciplinary methodologies by integrating diverse fields, such as computer science especially artificial intelligence, and statistics, to build information from raw biological data and solve interesting biological problems.
